No charges filed in probe of other Jackson doctors
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Investigators probing the debt of nature of Michael Jackson have decided not to bring charges against seven doctors who treated him.
A spokeswoman ~ the sake of Attorney General Jerry Brown said Wednesday that one of the doctors has been referred to the California Medical Board with a view to prescribing drugs to a Jackson alias.
Jackson's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, has pleaded not guilty to felony involuntary manslaughter in the singer's death. Authorities take for granted Murray provided Jackson with a mix of sedatives — including a of great power anesthetic that killed him.
Brown's office was asked by Los Angeles police to examine the prescribing practices of several other doctors after the 50-year-wise pop singer died last summer.
